FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING

Financial Management includes in-depth knowledge in the financial landscape from cost and management accounting, computerised financial systems, financial accounting, entrepreneurship, business management and management communication. Numeracy and administrative skills are a key requirement for this course, with the job functions extending to financial and business transactions to preparing financial reports and assisting senior managers with various other functions.

If you have a natural flair for numbers and enjoy analyzing and making sense of data, then a career in financial management is a great career path.

The part qualification as a single entity has value in the workplace as it equips learners with vital knowledge and skills that enable them to be productively employed at entry level positions in an occupation.

LEARNING MATERIAL

The Academic Department Office will provide a list of textbooks once registration is complete.

All textbooks are excluded from the tuition fees.

 

NATIONAL QUALIFICATION

N4 Financial Accounting: National Certificate

N5 Financial Accounting: National Certificate

N6 Financial Accounting: National Certificate

 

  • A student has to pass a minimum of four subjects to obtain a National Certificate per N Level.
  • To obtain National Diploma a student must have completed N4-N6 with a minimum of 12 subjects plus 18 months cooperate experience.

 

 

EXAMINATION

At the end of each semester NATIONAL EXAMINATION will be conducted by the department of Higher education and training
