Human Resource Officer is accountable for policies and practices that deal with the recruitment and selection of employees. In addition, Human Resource officers manage the training and development of staff and ensure that performance and productivity are maintained and improved.
Human Resource officers are responsible for creating good relationships between managers and employees.
This part qualification is aimed primarily at giving the learner technical, theoretical knowledge, workplace knowledge and skills required in their chosen occupational/vocational area.
The part qualification as a single entity has value in the workplace as it equips learners with vital knowledge and skills that enable them to be productively employed at entry level positions in an occupation. The part qualification can be used for updating, upskilling and/or continuing education and training in related occupations.

- A student must pass a minimum of four subjects to obtain a National Certificate per N Level.
- To obtain National Diploma a student must have completed N4-N6 with a minimum of 12 subjects plus 18 months cooperate experience.

At the end of each semester NATIONAL EXAMINATION will be conducted by the department of Higher education and training
